Birth Debrief/Healing Birth Session

A one-to-one session with Denise where you will be able to share your pregnancy, labour and postpartum experience. An opportunity to really be heard, learn why things happened as they did, and discover some tools to help start you on your healing journey. Suitable anytime after the birth of your baby, when planning your next, or during a subsequent pregnancy… whenever it suits you!

Your session will be up to two hours long, either in person in Dunedin or online via video call for other locations. I will send you a comprehensive follow up email summarising our session and including any other follow up information that I feel would be useful.
